Episode 24: I Failed Today
The other day I had a big interview set up, but I failed to properly communicate with the guest and it led to them having to take an appointment with other clients. This was a communication failure that I made. As with all failures we have a choice to blame others or take ownership for our mistakes and grow from them. I’m hoping that sharing my personal failures will help you understand that we all fail and we must learn from them or be doomed to repeat them.
