Today I’m joined by Patrick Jones. Patrick has had a wide array of experiences coaching baseball and uses that to develop strategies to improve players of many ages. His approach to hitting is fun to explore and in today’s conversation we discuss preparing professionals for the game, gaining buy-in, learning from past failures, and being open to feedback in order to grow. It was a powerful conversation that I think players, coaches, and leaders can all learn from.
